Returns:We always advise the customer to confirm that a particular kit/item will fit their intended application. We are more than happy to assist in this process. For any order to be considered for a return it must be new, in the original packaging, and show no signs of wear, damage, abuse, or alternation, with all items included with the original purchase (this includes the shirt when applicable) within 30 days of the delivery date. Failure to meet these conditions may cause denial of your return request and parts will not be shipped back to you. If we accept your return, we will refund your purchase price, less the cost of retail shipping and a restocking fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price. For an authorized return we will send you a UPS return label PDF that can be printed so the package can be dropped off at any local acceptance center. Upon arrival it would be inspected for damages and so long as the condition is acceptable, refunds will normally be given in the same form as the original payment.
Cancellations:Please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY if an order needs to be cancelled. Cut-off for order cancellation is 4:30pm CST. After that time, your order may be shipped, and you will be responsible for any rerouting fees that are incurred. If an order was made with PayPal as the payment source and subsequently cancelled before shipment, the refund amount will NOT include their fee which is non-refundable to either party.
Missing Items:All orders are carefully inspected and verified prior to shipment. In the event that you believe items are missing from your order, you must notify us immediately upon receipt. Any claims for missing items must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date. Claims received after this period will NOT be honored, as inventory records and order documentation cannot be reasonably validated beyond that timeframe. Failure to report missing items within the stated period shall constitute full acceptance of the order as received.
