Commercial Sales:
If you are a business inside of TN with sales tax exempt status, or a business shipping an order inside of TN that should be tax exempt, please email your Resale Certificate to us before placing an order. We will not be able to refund tax paid after the purchase is completed if this is not done prior.
International Customers:
Please note that free shipping only applies to the continental US. International shipping will need to be quoted (except Canada) and only covers shipping costs (NOT duty/tax). Please email us if you are an international customer. 
Expedited Shipments:
Expedited shipping is only available to the Lower 48. Please contact us for availability prior to selecting any expedited shipping options. 
Orders over $750 in value are sent with Signature Confirmation and must be signed by the customer. Orders under $750 value are shipped to the address provided without Signature Confirmation. This is standard industry practice to avoid package rerouting when customers fail to receive them. If theft is a concern in your area we recommend shipping to a place of business or contacting UPS to hold at the nearest terminal for pickup. Little Shop Mfg nor UPS are responsible for packages after they are delivered. 
We always advise the customer to confirm that a particular kit/item will fit their intended application. We are more than happy to assist in this process. For any order to be considered for a return, they must arrive in like new/resellable condition with all items included with the original purchase (this includes the shirt when applicable) within 60 days of the original ship date. We would send you a UPS return label through email so the package could be dropped off at any local acceptance center. Upon arrival they would be inspected for damages and so long as the condition is acceptable, we would deduct 30% of the product price to cover our return shipping, repackaging, and restocking costs. If the condition is unacceptable, we will consider a reduced refund amount on a case-by-case basis. This is our standard procedure when it comes to any returned items.
Products manufactured by Little Shop Mfg. are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for the period of one year from the date of purchase by the original owner.
What is not covered under this Warranty:
1. Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage or expense that may result
from any defect, failure or malfunction of this product.
3. Failures that result from accident, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, attempts to
disassemble or repair, or failure to operate in accordance with best practices.
4. Items or service required to maintain the product: i.e. fluids, brake pads, etc.

Little Shop Mfg. will replace or repair at its option, products or components which have failed during
the warranty period due to defects in workmanship or materials. Purchaser is responsible to deliver product to Little Shop Mfg. at purchaser’s own expense, via traceable carrier, package insured.
Please note that other manufacturers' components included in our kits are the responsibility of their respective manufacturers and not that of Little Shop Mfg.
